EOS is fiberglass cloth which has been
impregnated with a water activated resin.

Exposure of EOS to water or even air initiate
curing of the resin and causes the fiberglass
cloth to become rigid.

EOS is intended for use in any situation where
repair and maintenance of leaking or broken
pipes in minutes are required.

EOS will repair PVC, metal, ruber, fiberglass,
plastic  and  etc. permanently.

EOS will set under fresh water or salt water
making it ideal for application in the splash
zone, piling protection, and electrical
insulation to 16,000 volts.

EOS will retain pressure on supply lines and
will function under intermittent temperatures
up to 270 *C (500*F).

EOS can be sanded and painted if desired.

Once set, gas, oil or diesel fuel will not effect
the repaired material.

  • Clean and roughen area to be repaired. Shut down pipes and hoses before repair.  A clean roughend surface results in a successful repair.
  • Wear gloves to protect hands from the resin which tends to cling to skin as well as clothing.
  • Open the package at a time in order to escape from causing moisture to cure the resin.
  • Apply EOS tape by firmly wrapping damaged area extending 5 cm beyond repair.
  • Wet with water at room temperature
  • Edges of tape can be molded, shaped and pressed against repair surface once the material has lost its initial tackiness.
  • If needed, cut excess EOS tape with scissors or knife.  Tool can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone.
